PC-186 SINGLE DEDUCTIBLE CLAUSE
It is hereby noted and agreed that if there is
any other Policy covering any items of the Insured at the location stated in
this Policy, then for the purpose of applying deductibles, the Policies shall
be considered to be running in conjunction with each other and that only one
single deductible shall be applied in the aggregate where more than one Policy
are involved at the location.
KLAUSUL DEDUKSI TUNGGAL
Dengan ini dicatat dan disetujui bahwa jika
ada Polis lain yang menanggung barang-barang Tertanggung di lokasi yang
disebutkan dalam Polis ini, maka untuk tujuan penerapan deductible, Polis-polis
tersebut akan dianggap berjalan bersamaan dan bahwa hanya satu deductible
tunggal yang akan diterapkan secara keseluruhan jika lebih dari satu Polis
terlibat di lokasi tersebut.
