PC-211 TURNOVER/OUTPUT CLAUSE
It is agreed that in the event of a claim arising under this section, adjustment may be based on “turnover or output” or whatever other index of business activity affords the Insured the most equitable result and except in the definition of turnover, the word “turnover” wherever used in this Policy shall read as “turnover or output”. Output shall mean sale value of goods manufactured by, or sold by, the Insured in the course of the business at the premises, or internal transfer value as between departments of finished or partially processed stock manufactured by Insured at the premises
Provided that :
a)
Only
one such meaning shall be operative in connection with any one occurrence
involving damage as within defined.
b)
If
the meaning set out in this clause be used, Memo shall be held to be altered to
read as follows

If during the indemnity period goods shall be
manufactured and/or processed elsewhere than at the premises affected by the
damage for the benefit of the business either by the Insured or by others on
the Insured’s behalf, the sale value of the goods so manufactured shall be brought
into account in arriving at the output during the indemnity period
KLAUSUL TURNOVER/OUTPUT
Disepakati bahwa jika terjadi klaim
berdasarkan bagian ini, penyesuaian dapat didasarkan pada “turnover atau output”
atau indeks aktivitas bisnis lain apa pun yang memberikan hasil paling adil
bagi Tertanggung dan kecuali dalam definisi turnover, kata “turnover” di mana
pun digunakan dalam Polis ini harus dibaca sebagai “turnover atau output”.
Output berarti nilai jual barang yang diproduksi oleh, atau dijual oleh,
Tertanggung dalam kegiatan bisnis di tempat tersebut, atau nilai transfer
internal antara departemen stok yang sudah jadi atau sebagian diproses yang
diproduksi oleh Tertanggung di tempat tersebut
Dengan ketentuan bahwa:
a) Hanya satu makna tersebut
yang berlaku sehubungan dengan satu kejadian yang melibatkan kerusakan
sebagaimana didefinisikan dalam ketentuan tersebut. b) Jika makna yang
ditetapkan dalam klausul ini digunakan, Memo dianggap diubah sehingga berbunyi
sebagai berikut
