PC-153 PROFESSIONAL FEES CLAUSE
The insurance under this policy extends to
include architect’s, surveyor’s, engineer’s, legal and other fees (but not fees
for preparing a claim hereunder) for estimates, plans, specifications,
quantities, tenders and supervision necessarily incurred in the reinstatement
or replacement of the property insured consequent upon the destruction of or
damage to the property by fire or any other peril hereby insured against.
