PC-177 SALVAGE SALE CLAUSE
It
is hereby agreed that if, following damage giving rise to a claim under this
Policy; the Insured shall hold a salvage sale during the Indemnity Period
clause (a) of item No.1 of this Policy shall, for the purpose of such claim,
read as follows :
a. IN RESPECT
OF REDUCTION IN TURNOVER : the sum produced by applying the Rate of Gross
Profit to the amount by which the Turnover during the Indemnity Period (less
the Turnover for the period of the salvage sale) shall, in consequence of the
damage, fall short of the Standard Turnover, from which sum shall be deducted
the Gross Profit actually earned during the period of the salvage sale.
KLAUSUL
PENJUALAN BARANG BEKAS
Dengan
ini disetujui bahwa jika, setelah kerusakan yang menimbulkan klaim berdasarkan
Polis ini; Tertanggung akan mengadakan penjualan barang bekas selama Periode
Ganti Rugi, klausul (a) dari butir No.1 Polis ini, untuk tujuan klaim tersebut,
akan berbunyi sebagai berikut:

SEHUBUNGAN DENGAN
PENGURANGAN OMSET: jumlah yang dihasilkan dengan menerapkan Tarif Keuntungan
Kotor pada jumlah di mana Omzet selama Periode Ganti Rugi (dikurangi Omzet
untuk periode penjualan barang bekas) akan, sebagai akibat dari kerusakan,
kurang dari Omzet Standar, dari jumlah tersebut akan dikurangi dengan
Keuntungan Kotor yang sebenarnya diperoleh selama periode penjualan barang bekas.
