PC-191 STANDARD CANCELLATION CLAUSE (30 DAYS)
It is hereby declared and agreed that both the Insurer and
the Insured are entitled to cancel this insurance at any time without giving
reason therefor. Such cancellation shall however only become effective on the expiration of 30 (thirty) days from
midnight of the day on which notice of cancellation is issued. If the Insurer
cancels the insurance he is obliged to return the prorata premium for the unexpired
period of insurance. If it is the
Insured who cancels the insurance, the premium will be calculated on the short
term rate for the completed period of insurance.
KLAUSUL PEMBATALAN STANDAR (30
HARI)
Dengan ini dinyatakan dan
disetujui bahwa baik Penanggung maupun Tertanggung berhak untuk membatalkan
asuransi ini kapan saja tanpa memberikan alasan. Namun, pembatalan tersebut
hanya akan berlaku setelah lewatnya 30 (tiga puluh) hari sejak tengah malam
pada hari pemberitahuan pembatalan diterbitkan. Jika Penanggung membatalkan
asuransi, ia wajib mengembalikan premi prorata untuk periode asuransi yang
belum kedaluwarsa. Jika Tertanggung yang membatalkan asuransi, premi akan
dihitung berdasarkan tarif jangka pendek untuk periode asuransi yang telah
selesai.
