PC-162 PUBLIC UTILITIES EXTENSION CLAUSE
It is agreed that loss resulting from interruption
of or interference with the business
directly or indirectly arising from damage to property at any.
Generating station or sub-station of the public electricity supply undertaking. Premises of the public gas supply
undertaking or of any natural gas producer linked directly therewith. Water
works or pumping station or the public water supply undertaking shall be deemed
to be loss resulting from damage to property used by the insured at the
premises.

Disepakati bahwa kerugian yang
diakibatkan oleh gangguan atau campur tangan terhadap bisnis yang secara
langsung atau tidak langsung timbul dari kerusakan properti di setiap stasiun
pembangkit atau gardu induk dari perusahaan penyedia listrik umum. Tempat
perusahaan penyedia gas umum atau produsen gas alam yang terhubung langsung
dengannya. Instalasi air atau stasiun pompa atau perusahaan penyedia air umum
akan dianggap sebagai kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh kerusakan properti yang
digunakan oleh tertanggung di tempat tersebut.
