PC-141 OUTSIDE PREMISES STORAGE CLAUSE
It is hereby agreed that where the Insured enters into a contract for
storage of goods and/or merchandise, and the terms of the storage contain a
disclaimer clause, then the insurance provided by this Policy shall not be
prejudiced by the Insured agreeing to such terms, provided that the Insured in
any case reports to the Insurer.
KLAUSUL
PENYIMPANAN DI LUAR TEMPAT
Dengan
ini disetujui bahwa apabila Tertanggung mengadakan kontrak penyimpanan barang
dan/atau barang dagangan, dan ketentuan penyimpanan tersebut memuat klausula
penolakan, maka asuransi yang diberikan oleh Polis ini tidak akan dirugikan
oleh persetujuan Tertanggung terhadap ketentuan tersebut, dengan ketentuan
bahwa Tertanggung dalam hal apa pun melapor kepada Penanggung.
