PC-149 PREVENTION OF ACCESS CLAUSE
It is hereby agreed that in consideration of the payment of an additional premium , if any property in the vicinity
of the premises shall suffer destruction or damage by any peril hereby insured
against which shall prevent or hinder the use of or access to the Insured's
premises whether the premises or property of the Insured therein shall be
damaged or not, the indemnity covered by this Policy shall apply as if the
destruction or damage had occurred to the premises or to the property of the
Insured therein.

PENCEGAHAN AKSES
Dengan
ini disetujui bahwa sebagai imbalan atas pembayaran premi tambahan, jika ada
properti di sekitar lokasi tersebut yang mengalami kerusakan atau kerugian
akibat bahaya yang diasuransikan ini yang dapat mencegah atau menghalangi
penggunaan atau akses ke lokasi Tertanggung, baik lokasi atau properti
Tertanggung di dalamnya rusak atau tidak, ganti rugi yang dicakup oleh Polis
ini akan berlaku seolah-olah kerusakan atau kerugian tersebut terjadi pada
lokasi atau properti Tertanggung di dalamnya.
