PC-201 TEMPORARY STORAGE OF STOCK
It is understood
and agreed that the insurance by this Policy extended to include the temporary
storage of stocks-in-trade to a maximum limit of 10% of Total Sum Insured any
one location in the Republic of Indonesia other than specified in the Policy,
subject to a declaration of such storage to be made immediately but not later
than sixty (60) days to the company and for which a pro-rata premium will be
charge.
The extension,
however, does not apply to property if and so far as it is otherwise insured.
PENYIMPANAN
SEMENTARA PERSEDIAAN
Dipahami
dan disetujui bahwa asuransi berdasarkan Polis ini diperluas untuk mencakup
penyimpanan sementara persediaan barang dagangan hingga batas maksimum 10% dari
Total Uang Pertanggungan di satu lokasi di Republik Indonesia selain yang
ditentukan dalam Polis, dengan ketentuan bahwa penyimpanan tersebut harus
segera dilakukan tetapi tidak lebih dari enam puluh (60) hari kepada perusahaan
dan untuk itu akan dikenakan premi pro-rata.
Namun,
perluasan tersebut tidak berlaku untuk properti jika dan sejauh properti
tersebut diasuransikan dengan cara lain.
