PC-193 STORM, TEMPEST, FLOOD AND WATER DAMAGE EXCLUSION CLAUSE
It is
hereby noted and agreed that this insurance shall not, in any case, cover:
A.
Storm and/or tempest, or the direct consequence thereof.
B.
Flood, due to water which has overflowed beyond the normal boundaries of river,
watercourse, lake or sea.
C.
Water, other than water resulting from any of the foregoing casualties,
entering into the premises from outside.
Including
the cost necessarily incurred in the removal of water and debris from the building.
KLAUSUL PENGECUALIAN KERUSAKAN KARENA BADAI, BADAI, BANJIR DAN
AIR
Dengan ini dicatat dan disetujui bahwa asuransi ini tidak akan
menanggung, dalam hal apa pun:
A. Badai dan/atau badai, atau akibat
langsungnya.
B. Banjir, yang disebabkan oleh luapan air di
luar batas normal sungai, aliran air, danau, atau laut.
C. Air, selain air yang diakibatkan oleh salah
satu kecelakaan tersebut di atas, yang masuk ke dalam bangunan dari luar.
Termasuk biaya yang diperlukan untuk membuang air dan
puing-puing dari bangunan.
