PC-207 THEFT EXTENSION MEMO CLAUSE
Notwithstanding to the contrary in the operative clause the
Insurance provided by this policy is extended to indemnify the insured against
loss of or damage to any of the property insured by theft from the premises.
Provided always that the company shall not be liable for any loss by
dissaperance or by shortage if such dissaperance or shortage is revealed only
or after the making of an inventory. Subject otherwise to the term of this
policy the indemnity granted by this Policy extends to include legal Liability
of the Insured in respect of clothing and/or personal effects of the employees.
KLAUSUL MEMO PERPANJANGAN PENCURIAN
Meskipun bertentangan dengan klausul operasional,
Asuransi yang diberikan oleh polis ini diperluas untuk mengganti kerugian
tertanggung terhadap kehilangan atau kerusakan pada properti yang diasuransikan
akibat pencurian dari tempat tersebut. Asalkan perusahaan tidak bertanggung
jawab atas kerugian apa pun akibat hilangnya atau kekurangan jika hilangnya
atau kekurangan tersebut terungkap hanya atau setelah pembuatan inventaris.
Tunduk pada ketentuan polis ini, ganti rugi yang diberikan oleh Polis ini diperluas
untuk mencakup Tanggung Jawab Hukum Tertanggung sehubungan dengan pakaian
dan/atau barang pribadi karyawan.
