PC-187 SINGLE LOSS CLAUSE
It is agreed that
any loss or damage to the Insured Property arising during any one period of
seventy two (72) consecutive hours, caused by Windstorm Tempest Flood or
Earthquake shall be deemed as a single event and therefore to constitute one
occurrence with regard to the Deductibles provided for herein, for the purposes
of the foregoing the commencement of any such seventy two (72) hours period
shall be decided at the discretion of the Insured it being understood and
agreed , however, that there shall be no overlapping in any two or more such
seventy two (72) hour period in the event of damage occurring over a more
extended period of time.
KLAUSUL KERUGIAN TUNGGAL
Disepakati bahwa setiap kerugian
atau kerusakan pada Properti yang Diasuransikan yang timbul selama satu periode
tujuh puluh dua (72) jam berturut-turut, yang disebabkan oleh Badai Angin,
Badai Banjir, atau Gempa Bumi akan dianggap sebagai satu kejadian tunggal dan
karenanya merupakan satu kejadian sehubungan dengan Pengurangan yang diberikan
di sini, untuk tujuan tersebut di atas, dimulainya periode tujuh puluh dua (72)
jam tersebut akan diputuskan atas kebijakan Tertanggung, dengan pengertian dan
persetujuan, namun, bahwa tidak akan ada tumpang tindih dalam dua atau lebih
periode tujuh puluh dua (72) jam tersebut jika terjadi kerusakan dalam jangka
waktu yang lebih lama.
