PC-173 REPLACEMENT VALUE CLAUSE
It is
hereby declared and agreed that in the event of the property insured within
policy being destroyed or damaged the basis upon which the amount payable under
the policy is to be calculated shall be the cost of replacing with property of
the same kind or type but not superior to or more extensive than the insured
property subject to the following special provisions and subject also to the
terms and conditions of the policy except insofar as the same may be varied
hereby.
KLAUSUL NILAI PENGGANTIAN
Dengan ini dinyatakan dan disetujui bahwa apabila terjadi kerusakan
atau kehilangan harta benda yang dipertanggungkan dalam polis, dasar
penghitungan jumlah yang harus dibayarkan berdasarkan polis adalah biaya
penggantian dengan harta benda yang sejenis atau jenisnya tetapi tidak lebih
tinggi atau lebih luas daripada harta benda yang dipertanggungkan, dengan
ketentuan khusus berikut ini dan juga tunduk pada syarat dan ketentuan polis,
kecuali jika hal tersebut dapat diubah dengan ini.
