PC-129 NEW LOCATION CLAUSE
It is hereby
declared and agreed that the Company will hold cover any new locations acquired
by the Insured during the Period of Insurance subject to not more than IDR
3,000,000,000.- any one outlet combined.
The Insured shall
declare to the Company every quarterly and an additional premium shall be charged
accordingly.
KLAUSUL LOKASI BARU
Dengan ini dinyatakan dan
disetujui bahwa Perusahaan akan menanggung setiap lokasi baru yang diperoleh
Tertanggung selama Periode Asuransi dengan jumlah tidak lebih dari
Rp3.000.000.000,- untuk setiap gerai gabungan.
Tertanggung harus melaporkan
kepada Perusahaan setiap triwulan dan akan dikenakan premi tambahan sesuai
dengan hal tersebut.
