PC-167 REINSTATEMENT OF LOSS CLAUSE
It is hereby agreed that in consideration of
the Insured undertaking to pay an additional premium at the agreed rate on the
amount of loss calculated on a pro-rata basis from the date of reinstatement to
the expiry of the current period of insurance, it is agreed that in the event
of loss the insurance hereunder shall be maintained in force for the full sum
insured.
KLAUSUL PENGEMBALIAN KERUGIAN
Dengan ini disepakati bahwa
dengan mempertimbangkan kesanggupan Tertanggung untuk membayar premi tambahan
pada tarif yang disepakati atas jumlah kerugian yang dihitung secara pro-rata
sejak tanggal pemulihan hingga berakhirnya periode asuransi saat ini,
disepakati bahwa jika terjadi kerugian, asuransi berdasarkan ini akan tetap
berlaku untuk jumlah pertanggungan penuh.
