Agreed that any Bank and/or Mortgagee and/or Lender
and/or any other party whom the Assured give
instructions to include hereunder as a Loss Payee, are incorporated into this
Policy as a Loss Payee, for their respective rights and interest but
only so far as any losses which may be recoverable under the terms, conditions
and clauses of this Policy
