The
goods described in this policy are insured against the risks specified, but this insurance
covers the Buyer’s interest only, subject to the following:
(1)
Claims
in respect of loss of, or damage to the goods shall be payable hereunder
only if, and to
the extent that the policy issued to
the seller fails to pay for such lost
or damaged goods.
(2)
Insurer
to be subrogated
to the Insured’s rights against the seller, the consignor’s insurance company, as well as
other parties
(3)
The
assignment of this policy or of any interest or claim hereunder is prohibited.
(4)
This
insurance not to be divulged ( di umumkan) to the seller.
(5)
This insurance shall apply
in the event that the
sellers, through negligence or otherwise, have failed to effect insurance,
but nevertheless, protection hereunder covers for the Buyer’s Interests only,
and in no circumstances shall it be for the benefit of sellers.
