It is agreed that this policy covers expenses incurred for the removal of all debris of the property covered hereunder which may be occasioned by loss caused by any of the perils insured except that the Insurer shall not be liable under this policy or clause for such cost amounting to more than 10% of the insured value of the merchandise, it being agreed that this indemnity is additional to the overall limit agreed hereunder. Not applicable to Bulk Liquid Cargoes.
