It is hereby agreed that the basis of settlement
shall be the sum of the prime costs of the goods
or merchandise, the expenses of and
incidental to shipping, the charges
of insurance, plus 10% added thereto,
provided the sum insured as
declared to Underwriters are inclusive of all
the above charges.
