PC-086 ESCALATION CLAUSE It is hereby agreed that in the event of any loss in respect of property covered under the policy an increase of 10% of the original Sum Insured per annum shall be allowed over and above the original Sum Insured stated in the certificate during the period of the lease such escalation being applied on a prorate basis parts of year. Dengan ini disetujui bahwa jika terjadi kerugian atas property yang dipertanggungkan pada polis ini, penambahan atas 10 % dari Original Sum Insured per tahun diijinkan terhadap dan diatas Original Sum Insured yang tercantum dalam sertifikat selama periode leasing , escalation tsb diaplikasikan atas dasar prorata per tahun.
