PC-070 DENIAL OF ACCESS CLAUSE it is hereby declared and agreed that subject to the terms and conditions of the Policy loss as insured by this Policy resulting from interruption of or interference with the Business in consequence of Damage (as within defined) to property in the immediate vicinity of the Premises which shall prevent or hinder the use thereof or access thereto, whether the Premises or Property of the Insured therein shall be damaged or not, shall be deemed to be loss resulting from Damage to property used by the Insured at the Premises. KLAUSUL PENOLAKAN AKSES dengan ini dinyatakan dan disetujui bahwa sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Polis, kerugian sebagaimana diasuransikan oleh Polis ini yang diakibatkan oleh gangguan atau campur tangan terhadap Bisnis sebagai akibat dari Kerusakan (sebagaimana didefinisikan) terhadap properti di sekitar Lokasi yang mencegah atau menghalangi penggunaan atau akses ke lokasi tersebut, baik Lokasi atau Properti Tertanggung di dalamnya rusak atau tidak, akan dianggap sebagai kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh Kerusakan terhadap properti yang digunakan oleh Tertanggung di Lokasi tersebut.
