PC-087 ESCALATION CLAUSE It is hereby agreed that subject to advanced additional premium to be paid, the sum insured for each of the said item shall during the period of insurance be increased by the proportion of the specified percentage which the number of days since the commencement of such period shall bear to the whole of such period. Items Nos. Percentage Increase 1…….. ………..% 2…….. ………..% 3…….. ………..% Etc ……….. Unless specifically agreed to the contrary, the provisions of this clause shall only apply to the sum insured in force at the commencement of the period of insurance. At each renewal date, the Insured shall notify the Insurer : 1) The sum to be insured at the commencement of the forthcoming period of insurance 2) The percentage required for the forthcoming period of insurance and in default thereof the provisions of this clause shall cease to apply It is further understood that : i. Maximum increase of the sum insured each item for the whole period of insurance is limited to 10% (ten percent) ii. Additional premium will be accounted 50% (fifty percent) of premium for the increment of sum insured. KLAUSUL ESKALASI Dengan ini disepakati bahwa dengan tunduk pada premi tambahan yang harus dibayarkan di muka, jumlah yang diasuransikan untuk setiap item tersebut selama periode asuransi akan ditingkatkan dengan proporsi persentase yang ditentukan yang mana jumlah hari sejak dimulainya periode tersebut akan ditanggung oleh keseluruhan periode tersebut. Kecuali jika secara khusus disetujui sebaliknya, ketentuan klausul ini hanya akan berlaku untuk jumlah yang diasuransikan yang berlaku pada awal periode asuransi. Pada setiap tanggal pembaruan, Tertanggung harus memberi tahu Penanggung: 1) Jumlah yang akan diasuransikan pada awal periode asuransi yang akan datang 2) Persentase yang diperlukan untuk periode asuransi yang akan datang dan jika tidak dipenuhi, ketentuan klausul ini akan berhenti berlaku Lebih lanjut dipahami bahwa: i. Kenaikan maksimum uang pertanggungan untuk setiap item selama keseluruhan masa pertanggungan dibatasi hingga 10% (sepuluh persen) ii. Tambahan premi akan diperhitungkan sebesar 50% (lima puluh persen) dari premi untuk kenaikan uang pertanggungan.
