PC-093 FAILURE OF PUBLIC AND/OR PRIVATE SUPPLIES CLAUSE It is hereby agreed that loss resulting from interruption or interference with the business directly or indirectly arising from damage (as within defined) to property of or used by any electrical station, substation, gas works, water works or steam generating plant of the public and/or private supply undertaking from which the Insured obtains electric current, gas , water or steam shall be deemed to be loss resulting from damage to property used by the Insured at the premises. KLAUSUL KEGAGALAN PASOKAN PUBLIK DAN/ATAU SWASTA Dengan ini disetujui bahwa kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh gangguan atau campur tangan terhadap bisnis yang secara langsung atau tidak langsung timbul dari kerusakan (sebagaimana didefinisikan dalam) terhadap properti atau yang digunakan oleh stasiun listrik, gardu induk, pabrik gas, pabrik air atau pabrik pembangkit uap dari perusahaan pasokan publik dan/atau swasta tempat Tertanggung memperoleh arus listrik, gas, air atau uap akan dianggap sebagai kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh kerusakan properti yang digunakan oleh Tertanggung di tempat tersebut
