PC-090 EXPEDITING EXPENSES CLAUSE It is hereby agreed that in the event of loss of or damage to the property insured covered by the policy, the cost of repair, replacement or rectifications under this policy shall include the additional cost of week-end and shift. Provided that working bonus payments, plant hire, charges express delivery (including airfreight) and the like necessarily and reasonably in expediting such repair replacement or rectification in no case such additional costs shall in any event exceed 5% of recoverable claim or as specified in the Schedule, whichever is the lesser. KLAUSUL BIAYA YANG DIPERCEPAT Dengan ini disetujui bahwa jika terjadi kehilangan atau kerusakan pada properti yang diasuransikan yang tercakup dalam polis, biaya perbaikan, penggantian, atau perbaikan berdasarkan polis ini akan mencakup biaya tambahan untuk akhir pekan dan shift. Asalkan pembayaran bonus kerja, sewa pabrik, biaya pengiriman cepat (termasuk angkutan udara) dan sejenisnya diperlukan dan wajar untuk mempercepat perbaikan, penggantian, atau perbaikan tersebut, biaya tambahan tersebut tidak boleh melebihi 5% dari klaim yang dapat dipulihkan atau sebagaimana ditentukan dalam Jadwal, mana yang lebih rendah.
