PC-077 DISTRIBUTOR / COUNTER CLAUSE Notwithstanding anything contained in the printed conditions of the policy to the contrary, it is noted and agreed that this insurance indemnifies PT. …………..in the event that PT. ……………………… is unable to collect account receivable from its distributor(s) / counter(s) in respect of stock referred to the policy as a direct result of loss and/or damage caused by perils covered under the policy, provided that the account receivable at the time of loss is the amount of loss and/or damage stocks insured under the policy.
