PC-036 CIVIL AUTHORITIES CLAUSE It is hereby agreed that this insurance is extended to cover direct loss or damage to the property insured caused by acts of destruction executed by order of any civil authorities at the time of and only during any event covered by this policy to prevent the further loss, and subject to all other terms and conditions of the Policy. This Insurer shall not be liable, however, for more than the amount for which it would have been liable had the loss been caused by peril insured against under this Policy. Dengan ini disetujui bahwa pertanggungan ini diperluas untuk menjamin kerugian atau kerusakan atas harta benda yang dipertanggungkan secara langsung disebabkan oleh tindakan penghancuran atas perintah dari pejabat sipil pada saat dan hanya selama terjadi suatu peristiwa yang dijamin oleh polis ini guna mencegah kerugian lebih lanjut dan tunduk pada syarat-syarat dan ketentuan Polis. Bagaimanapun tanggung jawab Penanggung tidak akan melebihi jumlah kerugian yang seharusnya dibayar atas kerugian yang disebabkan oleh risiko yang dijamin dibawah Polis ini.
