PC-053 COST OF RECOMPILING AND PREPARING CLAUSE On costs and expenses necessarily incurred by the insured following loss or damage to the property insured: I) to reconstruct and recompile records (but not for the value to the insured of the information contained therein). II) to extract and compile information required by the Company from the insured own records, for the purpose of preparing a claim under the policy but excluding legal, investigation and research fees/expenses incurred for purpose of contesting any issue over the company’s Liability to the policy. BIAYA PENYUSUNAN ULANG DAN PERSIAPAN Atas biaya dan pengeluaran yang harus dikeluarkan oleh tertanggung setelah terjadi kerugian atau kerusakan pada harta benda yang dipertanggungkan: 1. menyusun ulang dan menyusun ulang catatan (tetapi tidak untuk nilai informasi yang terkandung di dalamnya bagi tertanggung). 2. mengekstrak dan menyusun informasi yang diperlukan oleh Perusahaan dari catatan tertanggung sendiri, untuk tujuan menyiapkan klaim berdasarkan polis tetapi tidak termasuk biaya/pengeluaran hukum, investigasi, dan penelitian yang dikeluarkan untuk tujuan mengajukan keberatan atas masalah apa pun atas Tanggung Jawab perusahaan terhadap polis.
