it
is agreed that any loss or damage found upon opening of original shipping
packages a t the final destination (but not exceeding 180 days after delivery
to the final destination as provided elsewhere in this policy) shall be
adjusted and paid by Insurer in the same manner as though the original shipping
packages have been opened immediately upon their arrival, provided such loss or
damage is otherwise recoverable under the terms of this policy.
Where
original shipping packages arrive at the final destination in a visibly damaged
condition, they are to be opened immediately.
Periods
in excess of the above held covered at terms to be agreed.
