CONCEALED DAMAGE CLAUSE (CARGO – NON STANDARD CLAUSES)

Notwithstanding anything contained to the contrary in this policy, it is hereby noted and agreed that this insurance shall be specially extended to cover loss or damage to the goods insured caused by perils insured against even though such loss or damage is discovered at the time of unpacking the goods insured at the destination name in the policy after this insurance has already expired. If notice of survey has been given to this Company’s appointed agents at the destination within sixty (60) or (x) days expiry of this insurance unless proof conclusive to the contrary be established
