The insurance by this Section includes in additional an
amount in respect of Architects, and Consulting Engineer's fees or other
professional fees necessarily incurred by the insured in the reinstatement of the insured property consequence upon its
loss destruction or damage but not for repairing any claim.
Provided that the amount payable for such fees shall not
exceed those authorized under the scale of the Royal Institute of British
Architects or the Association of Consulting Engineers or of the equivalent
local body as the case may be.

Konsultan Teknik atau biaya profesional lainnya yang harus ditanggung oleh
tertanggung dalam pemulihan aset properti akibat kerusakan atau kerusakan yang
hilang namun tidak untuk memperbaiki klaim apapun.
Asalkan jumlah yang harus dibayar untuk biaya tersebut tidak melebihi yang
diotorisasi berdasarkan skala Royal Institute of British Arsitek atau Asosiasi
Konsultan Teknik atau badan lokal setara.
